How it runs
Most product work runs as a monthly partnership. We're in your Slack, we attend your rituals, and we work like an extension of your team rather than a vendor behind a scope document. You'll hear from us twice a week with structured updates: what shipped, what's in flight, what we need from you. Projects with a defined outcome run as custom engagements with a clear end state.

Do you replace an in-house team or work with one?
Both. Some clients have no designers and we're the design function. Others have a team and bring us in for senior direction or extra capacity. And when a client's ready to bring design in-house, we'll help them hire and hand over properly.

How senior is the team actually doing the work?
Small and senior, deliberately. I direct every engagement. Delivery is one product designer and one visual designer working to a bar I set and check. We take on a few clients at a time so that stays true.

Can you take over a messy existing product?
hat's most of our work, honestly. Products that grew feature by feature until every new addition made things worse. We usually start with the core flows and a system, so improvement compounds instead of adding another layer of paint.

How do you use AI in product design?
To explore more directions faster than a team our size otherwise could. Not to make the decisions. Everything that ships passes through senior judgement, which is also why our work doesn't look AI-generated. That distinction matters more every month.
