Brilliant teams were building ambitious ideas, but the design never matched the potential. The best talent stayed in big tech, and the products shaping the future were being built without the clarity and maturity they deserved.
After years designing for over a billion users at Google, and later working closely with founders in web3 and AI, the pattern became clear. Teams weren’t failing on vision. They were failing on execution. Technology led. Design followed. And the result was powerful products wrapped in confusing experiences.
