Crypto DeFi App
Our design studio partnered with Nuon Finance to create an intuitive DeFi application following our successful website redesign. Working directly with founder Cam, we developed a platform enabling users to get, stake, and vote with Nuon tokens through an interface that prioritizes user experience. By applying our expertise in web3 design and crypto UX, we delivered a solution that enhanced engagement while maintaining the complex functionality required for DeFi operations.

Overview
Nuon Finance sought to expand their digital ecosystem with a dedicated DeFi application that would complement their existing website. The project required creating dual interfaces; governance and consumer modes, that would serve both casual token holders and active community members. Our team leveraged our deep understanding of crypto UX product design to create intuitive swap widgets, governance voting mechanisms, analytics dashboards, and token purchase flows that would appeal to users across the knowledge spectrum.
Challenge
The primary challenge was balancing complex DeFi functionality with accessibility for users of varying technical expertise. Traditional DeFi interfaces often prioritize feature density over usability, creating significant barriers to adoption. Nuon Finance needed a solution that would maintain all necessary functionality while presenting it in an intuitive, approachable way. Additionally, the application needed to seamlessly integrate both governance and consumer use cases within a unified design system that maintained brand consistency with their existing web presence.
Solution
Our approach began with collaborative wireframing sessions with Cam, establishing core user flows before applying our expertise in web3 UX design. We created a dual-mode interface that allows users to easily switch between different functions.
